Is this the same as BidNet / ConstructConnect?

No. Those are broad portals or enterprise plan rooms. BidBrief AZ is a filtered morning email for Arizona HVAC. Quieter. Local. Trade-specific.

Do you invent bids?

No. Titles, due dates, and URLs come from public sources. If something is unclear, we label it FACT vs ASSUMPTION / UNKNOWN.

What if there are no good HVAC bids some days?

Can I cancel?

Yes. Month-to-month founding plan cancels anytime from billing portal. Annual is prepaid for the year (see refund policy below).
